This place is amazing! And spending Christmas here was the best experience I had in a couple years. Feels cozy and like home. You can meet a lot of very nice people here. I wish I could stay for New Year's Eve. And of course, Angie is the best host. Thank you Angie!

From the airport, there is a bus directly to the hotel entrance. It takes about 15 minutes to get in. The door needs to take off the shoes. The room is small but very clean. There is heating and floor heating. The breakfast style is not much. The taste is not bad. The staff are very friendly. The street at the entrance of the hotel has an outdoor store. The supermarket next door is the meal. The hall is also delicious. It is recommended to live here.

The room was clean and comfortable as well as beds and pillows. there was enough space for three people even though the bathroom was quite small. Beautiful landscape trough the wide glass door of the restaurant where they serve an excellent breakfast. Receptionists and all the staff were always available and kind. Good location close everything you need. Check in machine located in the hall, very useful !

Gorgeous, quirky place full of character - with a beautiful glasshouse restaurant (in which you can eat a delicious and huge complimentary breakfast even if you don't have dinner there) and a super comfy communal living room. A terrific bar with limited edition Bryggeri Svalbard beers open till 2am too. Rooms are spartan - but it's still one of the best value places in Longyearbyen. And fast WiFi!

This is probably the best place to stay in Longyearbyen. Check-in was fine, and the staff (who spoke excellent English) also helpfully made a restaurant booking in town for us. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was extensive and very good quality, with a wide choice including freshly made omelettes and fried eggs. The rainwater shower didn't work - there was no apology when we reported it. The website listed slippers among the amenities in the room. When we told the front desk there were none in the room, they told us that they don't provide them in a standard room. When we showed them the website, they said that it was an error and they would have to get that changed (but didn't offer us any). After we insisted, they gave us some - a small issue, but we didn't want to come to breakfast wearing our heavy walking boots. Overall though, a good stay.
