We enjoyed our stay here in a nice quiet room but our family who stayed with us weren't as lucky. There is a lot of construction in Poznan right now so they heard construction noises early in the morning and a concert late at night. We were on the other side and heard nothing. The construction noise might be unavoidable right now because they are doing preventative maintenance throughout the city centre. Otherwise we thought the location was great because it was very close to all the attractions we wanted to see, good bars and lots of restaurant options. The hotel let us check into one of our rooms early which was very nice of them. The room was nicely furnished but the floors were a little dated. The beds were comfy enough. We questioned the rooms cleanliness because it did smell nice but the toilet in our room had some leftovers from the last guest(s). Breakfast at this hotel is outstanding. Lots of meats, cheeses, smoothies, pickles, quiche, egg dishes and everything else you could imagine for a breakfast. Really well done. The car parking was not available when we checked in because the elevator got stuck with a car on it. Thankfully there are a couple of parking lots nearby that had plenty of parking for the same price.

The room size is not bad. The drinks in the refrigerator in the room we stayed in are free and replenished every day. The location of the hotel is very good, it is very convenient to go anywhere. There are convenience stores and restaurants around. The hotel's own restaurant is also quite delicious. Breakfast was relatively ok. Overall very good.

The hotel absolutely deserves its 5 stars. The rooms are extremely comfortable, tastefully decorated and offer everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail in the furnishings - from the comfortable beds to the high-quality toiletries in the bathroom. The location of the hotel is very central, which is ideal for exploring the city. Many attractions, restaurants and cafes are within a few minutes' walk. Due to the central location, there is of course some street noise, but this is not unusual for a hotel right in the heart of the city. For me, the perfect location more than made up for the occasional background noise. The service at the Sheraton was first class. The staff was always friendly, helpful and professional. I was well looked after from check-in to check-out. The breakfast buffet was also excellent - a wide selection of fresh and high-quality food that leaves nothing to be desired. All in all, I can recommend the Sheraton Hotel in Poznan to anyone looking for luxurious accommodation in a central location. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Poznan!

Great atmosphere, people, and service. I came early and asked if I could leave my luggage with them, and I was given a locker. The check-in was easy and smooth, and I even got a free drink voucher. The room was spacious, clean, and bright, and the toilet was very clean with everything that I needed. The food in the restaurant is not made in the kitchen and it's only reheated in the oven but I can say that pizza was great. I will definitely be back.

Super like this hotel First of all, the location is particularly good 2 minutes to the subway station Behind the old town 1 minute downstairs there is a gaok Korean food is especially delicious The room is very clean and tidy. I was here for the third time now. It has not changed in the years - and that is positive. The rooms are very spacious and clean and breakfast is varied and sufficient. Pass to the rooms only with appropriate chip card. Car parking is sufficiently available. On the evening there are enough opportunities to eat or drink on the ground. 😃👍

Perfect location one minute from the best shopping mall in town and a host of restaurants shops and cafes. High ceiling and a balcony overlooking a small street with a pleasant park across the street. Not big but very comfortable inside - pity no information was sent to me in advance about checking in etc but otherwise I can have absolutely no complaints

Although it is said to be a hotel, I prefer Hostel. The service staff are very enthusiastic and professional. However, due to changes in my itinerary, I had to cancel my stay for one day before check-in, and they refused to let me change. This was really bad, and I was even called because of it. Even after negotiating with them, Poland was still unwilling to cancel one day's stay, which was very unreasonable. The sound insulation is also very poor, you can hear the tenants next door snoring... The Wifi is also very bad, often not working smoothly, because my room is at the end of the corridor and the reception is very poor. After the response, the situation is still the same.
