MashaAllah, TabarakAllah – I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
The place is beautiful and very quiet, and the cleanliness is outstanding – everything was spotless.
I would especially like to thank the front desk staff member, Mr. Abdulrahman Hajili, for his exceptional professionalism and respectful attitude. He was truly courteous and helpful throughout my stay.
Thank you for such a pleasant experience – I look forward to staying here again, InshaAllah…
The hotel is a decent place to stay and not too far from Masjid Nabawi. The rooms and amenities are good enough for a comfortable visit.
One tip for travelers: don’t just ask taxi drivers outside to take you to the mosque—they usually charge more than double. Make sure you have the Careem app downloaded; it consistently saved me over 50% on transport every single time.
The hotel provides a shuttle service, but it only runs at prayer times (five times a day). This is convenient if you’re sticking to prayer schedules, but if you want to spend extra time in the mosque, you’ll likely need to use a taxi or Careem. Also, just be aware that their laundry service is on the expensive side.
Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with decent amenities, but planning your transport and laundry in advance can save you money and hassle.
Excellent location and very close to masjid nabawi(2mins walk). I also had my room with the masjid view. I will use again when I visit medina and I recommend for anyone wishing to observe solat at masjid nabawi often.
I had a very pleasant stay at Emaar Royal Hotel Madinah. The location is excellent, close to Masjid Nabawi and the room was clean and comfortable.
I would especially like to thank the reception staff, Ms. Rahayl, who was extremely helpful, polite and professional. She handled everything smoothly and made the check-in process easy and welcoming. Her kindness really made a positive difference during my stay.
Excellent, clean hotel with a good location. The only disadvantages are that some of the room service staff are uncooperative and take time to serve even after requesting. The strange thing is that one of them lies and claims that we refuse the service. Most of the things we ask for, we say they are not available, and the coffee capsules are delayed from the restaurant, unfortunately.

An absolutely wonderful stay! The location is unbeatable – just a minute’s walk to the Haram. The hotel is spotless, always smells fresh, and the staff at reception and housekeeping are extremely professional, humble, and welcoming.
Rooms are perfectly sized, with cozy beds, excellent bathrooms, and great amenities. I loved the complimentary Nespresso machine with unlimited pods, free drinks, and the fruit/snack basket delivered every other day.
Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes and an impressive selection of teas and coffees. The hotel also has a beautiful prayer area.
For families, this hotel is perfect – it has a kids’ nursery and play area with a nanny’s supervision, so parents can relax while children are entertained in a safe environment.
One of the best hotels in Madinah – highly recommended for both families and solo travelers.
Honest review, I have made my full payments when booking in advance online. The only payment I had to make is hotel tax when check in but the receptionist asked me to pay full amount I had to show my advance payment recipet, and also when going for breakfast the people who managing it did not found us in their list, so again had to go to the reception to sort out I think trip.com needs to look into this so everything goes smoothly for other travellers.
Amazing place to stay. The staff were great and understanding. The rooms were clean and tidy with a lot of space. Comfy beds and shower was good too. Recommend the buffet when staying. Overall loved it here as it was pleasant to stay and the distance to the prophets mosque and food was very close and ideal.
Would totally recommend!
Due to construction diffcult to find the road going there, anyway ************* finally found the way.
Room is neat and tidy
20 mins to masjid nabawi by walking
I was very satisfied with the experience of booking an apartment overseas this time. I could cook and wash clothes in the apartment. Because it was Ramadan, there were no restaurants to eat in during the day, so I could just cook something in the apartment. There was a big Carrefour across the street! Shopping was very convenient!

AAllam ashOverall, my stay was good. The staff were generally friendly, though the check-in experience was a bit unpleasant at first. Thankfully, things improved afterward thanks to Ms. Bayan’s excellent assistance. However, the hotel feels overpriced compared to other options located very close to Al Haram in Medina. One major downside was the corridors — they were often full of leftover food left outside rooms, which was unpleasant and gave a poor impression. Security personnel needed further training to be more customer friendly
Lli.ohaoThe hotel's location is a definite highlight, absolutely stunning. However, it's crucial to arrange transportation with the hotel in advance, otherwise, an Uber ride will cost you an arm and a leg. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the signature Banyan Tree essential oils felt like an amazing bonus in a desert hotel. Overall service was excellent, with friendly staff always ready to assist. Of course, there was one disappointment: the mountain pool was closed due to a safety issue with falling rocks.
GGuest UserThe place is new, clean, tidy, quiet, and within walking distance to the mosque. The girls and boys at the reception are very respectful, helpful, and cheerful.
GGuest UserExcellent location and very close to masjid nabawi(2mins walk). I also had my room with the masjid view. I will use again when I visit medina and I recommend for anyone wishing to observe solat at masjid nabawi often.
AAnonymous UserVery outdated and customer service is terrible. Rang reception from hotel room no answer (2 times) than had to go to reception to complain safe don’t work, they turned up next day to sort it out.
GGuest UserInitially i got surprised after Booking hotel informed me that they couldn’t find my booking and advised me to contact with service provider. I called Trip.com Saudi Arabia contact number they supported within 30 minutes. Not only provided me new hotel confirmation number but also sent confirmation email as well. When I called with new confirmation number it was okay and I reached and faced no issues. It was great experience with Trip.com to book Such a nice property in very reasonable price and no hidden charges. Finally we enjoyed it.
FFadzlin FouziThe staff is friendly and helpfull. Even the location also is walking distance to haram. The shuttle provided also is very punctual and convenient.
SShazianService is exceptional.Very attentive to any comment.
Location is just opposite gate 329.Best for women's entrance to the mosque.
Area of improvement-Breakfast same everyday.catered for middle eastern guest.Should have more varieties like Malaysian or Indonesian food.
Next will be the toilet-shower in the bathtub is a huge challenge for some especially the seniors.Hopefully they will change it to shower room when they refurbish the room.
