I wanted to eat bibim makguksu and kimbap, but makguksu is a summer menu, and they ran out of ingredients for kimbap, so I ordered jangkalguksu, yubu udon, and donkatsu. It says that Jangkalguksu uses broth made by boiling astragalus grown in Jeongseon, Gangwon-do. Jangkalguksu was secretly really delicious. It is topped with minced meat, seaweed powder, and sesame seeds. When the weather is cold, you crave hot soup. I highly recommend it.
