#earthdayjourney Bun rieu Go Vap is delicious ^^ Someone on the page was looking for a place to sell delicious bun rieu in the Go Vap area, so I decided to review this place to share a good and stable place to eat with everyone. The owner of this restaurant used to work in a famous 5-star hotel in District 1, but due to the pandemic, he started working to earn extra money. He shared that he used to sell on Le Duc Tho in front of his boarding house. But seeing that it was selling so well, the boarding house owner decided to take back the space if he didn't pay a higher fee. What a pity. My review: Food: The bun rieu here is very delicious, very flavorful, with snails, crab cakes, pepper cakes, and ham. Especially, the snails are very clean and stir-fried outside, the crab is bought clean field crab and made by himself so there is no flour or eggs mixed in (not many bun rieu restaurants do this). 9/10 Owner: The owner confided that since the pandemic, in addition to selling noodles, he has also been a Grab driver to increase his income to support his 3 children. Looking at him, it's really pitiful that covid owes his family a lot.
