Tham Bon Waterfall Temple
Wat Namtok Tham Bon Charoentham or Namtok Tham Bon is located at Ban Paet Um, Tambon Dom Pradit, Amphoe Nam Yuen, Ubon Ratchathani Province. The atmosphere around the temple is covered with various trees, making the temple area shady and quiet. It is located in the upper Lam Dom Yai basin. It is suitable for relaxation and quiet meditation while listening to the sound of the waterfall flowing to the ground. Come visit and make merit together.
Narai Banthomsin, over 1,000 years old.
I had the chance to join a traditional ceremony to pay homage and make wishes. The journey spans 12 kilometers on foot, involving camping, setting up tents, or hanging hammocks. It takes about 4-5 hours to trek through mountains, streams, and deep forests to reach the site. There, you'll find a carved image by the water (currently covered by sand brought by the stream, requiring excavation). The carving depicts Narai Banthomsin (the scene of creating the world) reclining on his right side. Archaeologists speculate that this area was once a resting place for ancient people. This journey is both fun and fascinating, offering stunning natural scenery and showcasing the incredible craftsmanship of ancient civilizations.
📍Location: Yod Dom Wildlife Sanctuary, Ban Khae Don, Dom Pradit Subdistrict, Nam Yuen District, Ubon Ratchathani Province (starting point: Wat Pa Phu Wang Nam Chan).

Therefore, it is an important historical tourist attraction. And has pushed this Hill 500 place to become a beautiful historical tourist attraction of Ubon Ratchathani Province. Camping Huai Wang Yai Reservoir | Ubon Ratchathani
The beauty and highlight of Huai Wang Yai Reservoir is that it is a spot for watching the sunrise and sunset. You can see the Phanom Dong Rak mountain range, which is the border between Thailand and Cambodia. In particular, the area of the rocks next to Wat Tham Yo is considered to be another of the most beautiful viewpoints in the reservoir. Because there are large rocks that are stacked and overlapped, covering both the ground and extending into the water, which is a perfect beauty that nature has created. It is a spot that is beautiful when taking pictures. Sometimes, there will be boats of villagers floating and fishing near the shore, reflecting the community's way of life very well. And it indicates the abundance of the reservoir very well. #CampingUbonRatchathani #WhereToTravelInUbon
Huai Chanla Reservoir, Ubon Camping 🏕️
Huai Chan La, no Tuesday, no Wednesday, haha
Hello, today we're going to a camping site in Ubon Ratchathani Province. This place is called Huai Chan La, located in Nam Yuen District, about 1 hour from the city.
The atmosphere is absolutely stunning, quiet, clean, and no one will bother you.
Bathroom ❌ Electricity ❌ 100% natural
I recommend campers looking for a place to relax on their days off. Let's go check it out. I recommend going during the late rainy season and early winter. If you're lucky, there will be fog showing up too. 🙌✨
