The basic access is by car. Please note that there is a roadside station nearby, so it may seem like it would be best to park your car there, but in fact there is a proper parking space right in front of Fairy Tale Hill. If you are taking the route from Memanbetsu Airport to Abashiri, there is a sign, so it is easy to find. If you park at the roadside station, you will have to walk for about 5 minutes, so be careful. Also, when taking photos, do it on the road. If you go off the road, you will enter a field.
