South Australian Museum – Adelaide, SA

#summervacay The South Australian Museum is one of those places where you walk in “just for a look” and end up staying for hours. I was especially impressed by the Aboriginal Cultures Gallery—so much depth and history presented with respect and care. The natural science sections had everything from megafauna skeletons to opalised fossils. It’s super family-friendly, free to enter, and right next to the Art Gallery and Botanic Gardens. A peaceful and fascinating stop in the heart of Adelaide.
