Agadir is full of adventures!!

We stayed at Oasis Hotel, it was lovely up there. Cheap and cheerful. Everyone was very helpful. The sea was bang on opposite, a 5 minute walk from the hotel and there were so many things to do nearby. All the attractions are within an hours distance, some only 10 or 20 mins away. We didn’t waste a day. The day we reached there in the morning we went on the chair lifts which were a 5 minute walk from the hotel, beautiful scenery and the other side there stalls and a castle. We relaxed there for ages and had some snacks then returned back at around sunset and it was amazing. Dolphin world, Crocodile park, we went to these on the same day. The tickets were cheap you can check online. But swimming with the dolphins cost 1000DH but that is totally your choice. You can watch the show and leave. There is also a restaurant there which was amazing. Croco park was brilliant too with other little animals around the park. Then we went on the dessert adventure which was a bumpy ride but all well worth it, a full day trip with a moroccan meal, so many stops and views and photos and many places to buy stuff. Brilliant! We had a day at Paradise valley which wasn’t far either and you can get in and swim. You climb a mountain to get to the valley, there are small stalls all the way up and down, theres places to eat etc. Take your towel and some comfortable footwear if you go. We also visited the local villages on the final to see reality and it was so lovely, everyone works hard and we had some great food too. There was a Lebanese restaurant near the sea that we ate at a few times which was really tasty and apart from that we found some restaurants on the back streets about a 15 mins walk, towards Lebanon Mosque and Mohammed V mosque where we used to eat most, it was cheaper, and local residents area, the food is cooking right in-front of you and mostly all the ingredients are home grown organic so that was amazing!! We also went to the mosques and we mainly prayed at Mohammed V Mosque, it is so beautiful. There was also a place called Medina Agadir which wasn’t far that we visited that was peaceful and all the shops make everything by hand there. It was beautiful. Overall the moroccan people are so sweet and helpful. We used In drive app for local journeys as it was cheaper and used a tour guy near the beach for the attractions as it was cheaper than the hotel prices. One of the best holidays we have been to.

Agadir–Al Massira Airport

Agadir airport in Morocco is a fairly small airport which is a good thing in my eyes as this means when arriving at the airport customs and immigration checks are fairly quick, everytime I've used this airport for arrivals I have managed to get out of the airport within 30 minutes of landing, within this time frame your getting off the plane, going through immigration, buying and topping up a local SIM aswell as collecting your hold luggage. only a handful of flights arrive and depart from here which is why everything loves fairly quick. When departing checking in is fast and simple and while waiting for your flight you have the option to eat at different cafes e.g. Paul Cafe and they also have a small duty free department. #agadir #airport #plane #morocco #holiday
