[Akishima] A stylish yakiniku restaurant suddenly appears

This yakiniku restaurant is located less than 10 minutes from Akishima Station. There is nothing particularly eye-catching in the surrounding area, and the storefront itself looks clean and stylish. In fact, once you step inside, the spacious restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere. There are private rooms, so your privacy is guaranteed. I had the Ushiwa Premium Course. I was able to choose between salt or sauce for the meat at the start, so I chose salt. Since it was a restaurant where you grill your own meat, I was a little worried about ruining the good meat by overcooking it. (It was fine!) ◼️ Kimchi platter (Chinese cabbage, cucumber, kakuteki) Overall it was quite spicy. If you like spicy food, I think it would be great. It looks beautiful. ◼️Dashi hiyashi noodles The dashi broth is well seasoned and delicious ◼️Dessert Yuzu sorbet.
