Alishan - Dinghu Natural Ecological Park, where the Sakura King and Sakura Queen bloom in succession!

Dinghu Natural Ecological Park, located halfway up Alishan in Chiayi, is right across from Fengjie Homestay. The park features a slope forest filled with cherry trees that bloom from late February to early March. Among these trees, four particularly large ones are named Sakura King, Sakura Queen, Sakura Princess, and Sakura Prince, showcasing their magnificent full bloom! The park boasts a variety of cherry blossom species, including Showa Sakura, Fuji Sakura, Somei Yoshino Sakura, and Kanhizakura. The colors range from pink, pinkish-white, crimson, to white with red hues. When in full bloom, the sight is nothing short of explosive! During the blooming weekends, local concerts are held, allowing visitors to enjoy performances and admire the cherry blossoms under a sea of pink flowers, creating an enchanting experience.
