Tourists from all over the world gather for Antigua's Semana Santa. Antigua's Semana Santa is said to be the most beautiful festival in the world, attracting visitors from across the globe to witness this week-long celebration. 'Alfombra' means carpet, and these carpets are made from flowers and dyed sawdust. Residents work together as families, staying up all night to decorate the area in front of their homes. A procession, known as 'Procesión,' walks over these beautifully crafted carpets. I was truly amazed by this tradition and deeply moved by the way families come together to carry it out. It's definitely worth seeing.
