🌿 Visited 'Tsubu to Tsubu' in Haki, Asakura City 🥢 A Japanese-modern style restaurant in a charming old house♪ The garden is beautiful and creates a relaxing atmosphere 🙌 The menu looked so delicious that I had a hard time deciding 🥺ྀིྀི ＊ Earthen pot rice (serves 2) White rice 🌾 770 yen ＊ Bonito straw-grilled 🐟 1,650 yen ＊ Spare ribs 🐮 1,320 yen Shared the dishes with my friend 😊🙌 The earthen pot rice was absolutely delicious 🤤 The grains were perfectly cooked, standing firm with a natural sweetness 👍 The straw-grilled bonito 😳‼️ The aroma of the straw infused into the fish was on another level of deliciousness 😆︎💕︎ Topped with rock salt and wasabi, it was simply the best 🤤 The spare ribs were tender, but personally, I prefer them even more melt-in-your-mouth 🤫 I also loved the demeanor of the staff~ Since the kitchen is close to the seating area, you can see and hear what's going on inside.
