Its octagonal bottom floor is a typical Chinese building, the middle floor is arranged in Thai style, and the spiral dome is a standard Burmese pagoda sample. The statue of Guanyin is covered by a 91-meter-high octagonal pavilion surrounded by 16 large pillars.
