Mexican food made from scratch on Bali

#cityplaybook Not many would think of having Mexican food in Bali, even fewer would think they would get a good one here that’s true to Mexican flavors. It caught my attention when I looked up for a good meal on google maps that some Mexicans said this place exceeded their expectation. So there I went. The place seems to be making everything from scratch. Coz I was the first customer who arrived, and ordered two items. It took more than 30min to be served. But what arrived on the table was apparently heartily made. Everything tasted fresh and clean. That said, one needs to be mentally prepared of the waiting time, or try to come before dining hours. When I found the avocado used was ripe and tasty, I went on to order an avocado juice, but the owner told me they had only limited supply of avocado at the moment and wanted to reserve that for customers who ordered Mexican food. Something that I found pity but absolutely respectable, because i know how important avocado is to Mexican food, and by making such decisions shows how responsible they are into their food. What I also appreciated was the use of cactus and cowboy element in the premise to make it feel more of Mexican vibe.
