Rayong accommodation, newly opened hotel, Eastin Resort Rayong

The lobby is very beautiful, perfect for taking pictures📷 The hotel area is very spacious, you can walk straight to Phuyun Beach. But there are a lot of insects because most of the area is open air. Most of the furniture is built in minimal style. But the bed is not very strong. You can ask for more amenities if there is no set in the room. Breakfast has a variety of Asian style, no need to worry, there are many menus to choose from. I chose this place because I wanted to try a new hotel and was lucky to get a comp upgrade to a room-step. But the first night, the TV in the bedroom did not work. It was late, so I informed the staff to come and check the next day at the same time as the housekeeper was cleaning the room. In conclusion, the next day, I came back from outside at around 22:40. The TV still had not been fixed. The staff offered to change the TV at 23:00. It didn't make sense because we left the hotel at 11:00 and came back at 22:40. Almost 12 hours if you want to change the TV, change it when the guest is not in the room. If we come back earlier, we will waste time waiting to change the TV or download the TV program. I was a little disappointed, but the hotel tried to fix the problem. Some new hotels may not be stable yet. Overall, the staff are friendly and willing to take care of customers. 😊♥️
