Kuang Si Falls, Little Jiuzhaigou, Laos

Kuang Si Falls is about 30 kilometers away from downtown Luang Prabang. You can share a car to get there, but I rented a motorcycle, which takes about an hour! You must drive slowly! The road conditions are bad! Standing in front of the waterfall, the cool water droplets hit your face, as if your soul is also cleansed. The rapids flow over layers of limestone and fall straight down to the dark green deep pool on the ground, which is quite spectacular. The total height of the waterfall is 100 meters. The water volume is particularly large in the rainy season. The viewing platform near the waterfall has become a bathtub under the shower. The heat in Laos has been reduced a lot here. The overall scenic area is a small Jiuzhaigou in the tropical rainforest, but in the several pools downstream, the crazy Westerners are quite distinctive. Sometimes I really can't understand Westerners' obsession with the pools...
