Wat Khung Tha Lao, Lopburi

Wat Khung Tha Lao, a temple with magnificent sculptures, features a giant Hanuman. Location: Wat Khung Tha Lao, Bang Phueng Subdistrict, Ban Mi District, Lopburi Province. The name of the temple was chosen to match the name of the donor and the bend of the river in that area. The architecture of the entrance gate is a colorful Hanuman with patterns similar to those seen in paintings, beautifully decorated and adorned with colored glass that sparkles when hit by sunlight. The gate is large enough for cars to pass through.
