Suvarnabhumi Airport is Thailand's main international airport, located in Samut Prakan province near Bangkok. It covers an area of approximately 20,000 rai (8,000 acres) and is situated on Bangna-Trad Road at kilometer 15, about 25 km from downtown Bangkok. The airport is notable for its architecture and modern technology. It offers convenient travel options, accommodating a large number of passengers and meeting the needs of various types of travelers, from business trips and tourism to cargo transport. Additionally, the surrounding area features international standard hotels, comprehensive facilities, and various public transportation systems, making travel from the airport to the city and nearby provinces quick and efficient. The passenger terminal has 7 floors and 2 basement levels, which include a train station, train platforms, and baggage conveyor system areas. The concourse building is a 4-story structure with 7 sections and an air traffic control tower that stands at 132.2 meters, making it the tallest control tower in the world. It is equipped with modern air traffic service technology. And not to be missed are the 12 giant statues, which are prominently displayed at the entrance to the check-in area. Anyone visiting should allocate enough time to see them. Personally, I never managed to see them all before, but on my latest visit, I captured images of all of them. They are very beautiful.
