Pay respect to Luang Pho To Sampokong, 300 years old

#tripพาบินเที่ยวจีน - Wat Rat Prakong Tham has a history of construction dating back to 2256 in the late Ayutthaya period. However, it is assumed that it was built earlier. However, due to lack of maintenance, it was in a dilapidated state and there were no monks residing there. As a result, the villagers called it Wat Bat. Later, in 2493, Dr. Daeng Phumlek and the villagers renovated and developed it to be prosperous and changed the name of the temple to "Wat Rat Prakong Tham". The temple received the royal charter of the boundary on January 31, 2505. - Inside the temple is the enshrined Luang Pho To (Sam Pok Kong) [3] and the reclining Buddha (Luang Pho Phra Non) with a length of 32 meters. It is considered the temple with the largest reclining Buddha in Nonthaburi Province [4].
