The taste is smooth and a bit salty. But what I like the most is the noodles because they make the noodles themselves, they are fresh noodles, so the taste is chewy and soft, more delicious than normal noodles. - Another menu is cold. I like this one a lot. The taste is a bit sour from the yuzu, and the saltiness from the sauce (the shop lets you add more). It is a new menu and very delicious for us.
