Today, we got to try the food at this new restaurant, which is still in its soft opening phase and is only open by reservation, with a limit of 10 people (because the restaurant is quite small). The restaurant only accepts 1 table per day, and the menu must be confirmed 1 week in advance. The restaurant is not open every day, and the menu changes every 2 months. The menu we tried today: - Crispy fried cha-om salad with fresh shrimp The aroma of herbs, salad ingredients, and crispy cha-om go well together. This is a dish that really opens up the taste buds. - Duck eggs with sweet and sour sauce: large duck eggs with delicious sauce. Eat it with hot rice and it helps cool down the heat from the other dishes. - Chef Aom's housewife's recipe for peanut chili paste. It's delicious and unusual, but quite spicy.
