Today I had the opportunity to open a new experience in drinking Japanese tea with Chef Pete. Wow since he brought a bottle of mineral water from Fuji to show and (all menus use mineral water from Fuji to brew tea) each glass that he chose, he is really meticulous. 🩷 Let's start with the first menu that I must say I'm impressed with 🤩 because it's cold-pressed rose apple juice (I've never had it anywhere before). It's very refreshing to drink. It's so clear that you can see through the ice. It's a dessert omakase x tea course, everyone. Eat dessert and drink it with various teas. The ingredients are very well-selected~ ✨ The dessert menu that I'm impressed with for us is yoghurt snow with New Zealand cherries. The surprise is that this kind of dessert goes well with Balsamic. ✨ Another menu that I think I've never seen in any restaurant in Thailand is warabi mochi that melted and disappeared at some point. 555555 It melts in your mouth. You don't need teeth to eat it. The chef makes it fresh. It's so good 🤩 🍵💚 As for the tea menu, I have to give it to Matcha x coconut water! This is Chef Pete's signature menu. It's different from the cafes where they pour coconut water first and then pour green tea in. This one, the chef whips the coconut water with green tea powder. So refreshing! There are many other menus that I tried, and they were all really good. I learned a lot about green tea. If you're a tea lover, I'd like you to try it. Open your mind and pay 2 gray banknotes.
