Outside the walls ศิลปะนอกกรอบกำแพง

#GetDiscountNotDependingOnLuck #VisitExhibition "Outside the walls" Our love was born outside the walls From the words of Pablo Neruda to the journey of the painting and ceramic exhibition by PIMPERM (Pim Permpoonsombat) & Clayceracera (Nattaphon Poonpetch and Siri Sala-ubon) The name of this exhibition comes from a quote from Pablo Neruda "Our love was born outside the walls, in the wind, in the night, in the earth, and that's why the clay and the flower, the mud and the roots know your name." which represents the love that occurs naturally and is deeply connected to the elements of nature. Love that is not limited by any boundaries is like "happening outside the walls", which may mean arising in freedom or social boundaries, limitations or rules. This exhibition weaves a deep story through the exploration of "what is outside the walls", which not only means leaving physical boundaries but also conveys the escape from the mental and social frameworks that imprison creativity. The process of creating works comes from inspiration from nature and changes in the elements around us. The combination of shapes, textures and colours is translated from abstract concepts into something tangible and powerfully conveys emotion. Each piece is like an exploration of the mind, asking the question, "Can a heart as hard as stone become soft, like clay?" This comparison conveys the flexibility of the spirit and the transformation from something hard to something soft and gentle, like clay molded by the artist's hands. This unstructured and wind-flowing creative process creates works that arise from gravity and changes caused by heat and fire, which are the nature of molding materials into new shapes. The objects on display in this exhibition are not just comparisons to nature, but are attempts to extract hidden meanings and communicate them directly, like the whispers of leaves telling stories without words. These works represent nature and transformation in a simple but profound way. The specialty of the works that completes the art viewing experience is the music by A_R_T (Ekarat Masmalai) with the song Lofi (Low fidelity beats) created for the performance of this event. It combines the sounds of birds and flowing water with tribal rhythms to modern electronic music, intending to reflect the evolution of nature towards human aggression. Changes in feelings, rhythms and speeds 📍 Venue: GalileOasis (Bangkok) 🗓 Exhibition period: Today - September 30, 2024 ⏰️ Open Wednesday-Monday, 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. (Closed on Tuesdays) 💵 Free admission #insomniascene #insomniainexhibition #galileoasis #artexhibition #art #bangkoktravel ##art
