Whether you order to take home or eat at the restaurant, it's equally delicious. The shop is a small bar with about 10 seats. People come and go all the time. The ingredients are premium, like bringing a Japanese fish market here. 🚩 Maguro Tenkomori (1,250฿) Donburi with fresh maguro, large pieces, decorated with gradients from akami, chutoro, and otoro, topped thickly and tightly, you can't see the rice. Topped with salmon roe, adding another crunchy texture. This bowl is the best. You get to eat all 3 parts of maguro in one bowl. 🚩 Tenkomori Don (720฿) Another overflowing rice bowl that I'd like to recommend. Anyone who likes variety must end with this menu. It's like the highlight of Shisami is all in one place: minced toro, salmon, buri, hamachi, madai, hotate, akami, eel, salmon roe, sweet egg. A variety of textures in one menu. Seeing the cup like this, I have to say that it's quite filling. 🚩 Aburi Wagyu Don (960฿) Wagyu beef rice bowl that smells good from the chef burning it in front of you. The smell of the wagyu beef being burned by the fire hits your nose very well. Especially when you chew it, the fat of the beef fills your mouth. It's even more awesome. The wagyu Chuck Roll is soft, but you can chew it a little bit. It doesn't melt in the whole bite. Finally, I ended with mochi with vanilla ice cream and green tea.
