From the moment I arrived, the staff warmly greeted me and helped with my luggage, instantly leaving a great impression. During check-in, the hotel offered delicious snacks and a thoughtfully prepared welcome drink. The front desk staff, Vicky and Nan, were incredibly kind and personally escorted us to our room, carefully explaining all the room's amenities. I booked the Lifestyle Suite, and it was a delightful surprise. It looked exactly like the photos online, but the actual space felt even larger. The room was equipped with a microwave and kitchenware, and they even provided pajamas, making it feel as comfortable as being at home. The hotel features a massive swimming pool on the 8th floor, perfect for unwinding after a swim. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven just 100 meters from the hotel entrance, making it super convenient for quick purchases. It's also close to Bangkok's Eastern Bus Terminal, so traveling to Pattaya is a breeze. This hidden gem of a hotel is truly flawless—don't miss it when you're in Bangkok!
