Fresh Seafood @ The Oasis, Hotel Nikko Bangkok

Located on the 6th floor of Hotel Nikko, the buffet spread at the Oasis all day dining has got to be one of the best value buffets we had. It all starts with exceptional service. We were ushered to a table and shown the spread available. The host also took time to craft a Caesar Salad for us. We came to try the wagyu beef which was the speciality at that time (speciality is on rotation so check out their Instagram page for updated details). We were presently surprised by the freshness and quality of the food. Especially the selection of sushi, sashimi, pasta, grilled meats, and desserts. There's a selection of Thai favourites and Western dishes. Pasta was cooked a la minute and included very high quality ingredients. The sushi and sashi were really fresh.
