Mediterranean Coast Tour of Spain ~ Barcelona (Region) Previously known as Fusta, which means 'wood' in Catalan, this area was once a major timber unloading dock. Before the 1992 Barcelona Olympics, the region underwent extensive urban redevelopment, transforming it into a modern seaside promenade. It now features numerous chairs for relaxation and enjoying the stunning views. The area is adorned with beautiful palm trees, making it an ideal spot for strolling and admiring the impressive ships and yachts. There's also a very cool and stylishly designed bridge that becomes lively during good weather.
