The coolest area in Sarawak - Bario Plateau

Bario is located in the northeast corner of Sarawak, in the Kalabi Plateau, about 1,100 meters above sea level. It is the settlement of the Kalabi ethnic minority in Sarawak. The whole area uses solar power generation and produces plateau rice, well salt, and pineapples. There are several direct flights from Miri to this place every day, but the land transportation conditions are very poor and terrible.
