A Stunning Hindu Sanctuary

Batu Caves is one of the must visit spots in Kuala Lumpur. It’s a famous Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Murugan. The place has stunning natural limestone formations, and the temple is built inside a cave, making it really impressive. Once you arrive at the entrance, you'll see the towering golden statue of Lord Murugan and the vibrant rainbow colored steps. You’ll also spot plenty of monkeys here! 🐒 Just a reminder, make sure to follow their religious customs when you visit, your lower body must be covered past the knees. If not, you’ll be stopped at the entrance and asked to buy a sarong to cover up.
