The rooms are clean and tidy, and the soundproofing is excellent, allowing guests to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. 🏕 Nearby Attractions: Queensbay Mall: Adjacent to the hotel, offering shopping, dining, and entertainment. Penang International Airport: Approximately 10 km away (felt closer in our experience, about 6 km), making it convenient for driving. Nearby Cuisine: There are several restaurants nearby, and local specialties such as Char Koay Teow should not be missed. Malay Village: Experience authentic Malay culture, but please be aware of local alcohol restrictions. 💗 Other Tips: Attentive Service: The front desk service is enthusiastic and efficient, responding quickly to guest needs, and the early check-in experience was excellent. Fitness & Recreation: The outdoor pool and fitness center are great places to relax and unwind, but please note that the pool closes at 8 pm daily. Dining Options: The hotel restaurant serves international and local cuisine, and the buffet breakfast is rich and varied, but we suggest adding more variety to the breakfast options. Great Value: Although the facilities are relatively older, the rooms are well-maintained, the bedding and towels are new, and the price-performance ratio is excellent. Excellent Service: The hotel staff is polite, enthusiastic, and attentive, making guests feel at home. Abundant Nearby Cuisine: The nearby food court offers authentic cuisine, especially the Char Koay Teow, which is unforgettable.
