The owner says this tiled-roof house was renovated from a fisherman's old house 20 years ago, and the shell decorations on the walls were all collected by the grandmothers, which is very unique! The three large living rooms are all open-plan, with tea sets neatly arranged. Friends can play掼蛋 (Guandan, a card game) or watch movies. All the seasonings are prepared in the kitchen. The owner says that you can buy the freshest seafood directly from the market behind. Cooking by yourself is much cleaner than eating out, and most importantly, you won't be ripped off! There is an electric scooter rental next to the homestay, which is very convenient. If you want to go to the tidal pools to watch the sunrise or go to Qiaogang for seafood, you'll arrive within 10 minutes. In the evening, after swimming in the pool, the owner gets up from the wicker chair and greets us with a pot of aged tangerine peel tea brewed in a rough pottery pot. If you're tired from playing, just go back to your room and lie on the bed, listening to the buzzing of summer cicadas in the courtyard and the birdsong in the woods, which is more healing than anything else.
