You can visit both places in one day because Simatai has a cable car and you can visit it at night. 🏯The ancient city of Gubei is very large and very cold. We went in November. At that time, Beijing wasn't that cold yet. We only wore a normal sweater. It wasn't so bad during the day, but at night, it was unbearably cold. 🏯We went in early winter. The weather was dry and the leaves were falling. Even though it was the season when the trees and leaves were dry, it was still very beautiful. No matter where you look, it's beautiful.
