Nostalgic Steakhouse Night

After work, I went shopping at the current hotspot. After buying a lot, I wanted to have a steak, so I came to this nostalgic steakhouse on Soy Street. They were playing old Cantonese songs, which added a unique charm. I checked the reviews on Openrice and ordered their signature dish: New Zealand beef tenderloin with hot melted cheese, served with potatoes and vegetables. My friend ordered the special ribeye steak with potatoes and vegetables. We added a set meal for an extra charge, which included soup, bread, and a drink. The borscht and cream soup were served first. The beef in the borscht was very tender and the sour taste was very appetizing. The cream soup had a strong milky flavor and was very creamy. When the New Zealand beef tenderloin was served, it was sizzling and the oil was splattering. The waiter then poured the burning white cheese over the beef tenderloin, which was truly therapeutic. The beef had a strong flavor and was very tender. No wonder it's their signature dish, it was really delicious! The ribeye was chosen with garlic sauce, which had a strong garlic aroma. The meat was firmer than the tenderloin but still very meaty. After the steak, we had a cold Horlicks and a cold Ovaltine to refresh our palates.
