The hotel restaurant was filled with a quiet and luxurious atmosphere from the morning, and as soon as I sat down, the staff offered me warm tea and coffee. It was served buffet-style, but the composition was very neat and detailed. The first thing that caught my eye was dim sum, which had a variety of varieties and was warm and moist as if it had just been steamed. The Chinese porridge corner was well-prepared with various kinds of famous dishes, so I could enjoy them according to my taste, and the Western bakery items, such as croissants and pastries, were really crispy and had a strong buttery flavor, as expected from a luxury hotel. Another impressive thing was the egg station! If you order an omelet, it is cooked right in front of you, and you can choose the ingredients you want. It was really filling when eaten with high-quality sausages, bacon, and potatoes. It was perfect for a healthy start to the morning, as it had fruits, yogurt, various juices, and even fresh fruit detox water. Above all, the staff were very kind and attentive, so I could feel the service of a high-end hotel. Rosewood Beijing's breakfast was not 'just breakfast' but a 'small luxury'.
