Rosewood Beijing Dinner Review – A Perfect Dinner from the Atmosphere to the Taste

The restaurant in the hotel was softly lit, and classical music played softly, creating a luxurious atmosphere. For appetizers, I ordered tuna tartare and a light salad. The plating was sensational, and the freshness of the ingredients was felt. For the main dish, I chose steak. It was cooked perfectly to medium rare, juicy, and the truffle mashed potatoes served on the side were really great. The grilled asparagus and stir-fried mushrooms served as side dishes were seasoned just right and had a nice texture, making a fantastic combination with the steak. The dessert was a menu with rich chocolate mousse and refreshing raspberry sorbet, which was a perfect ending. The wine list was also diverse, so I was able to choose a wine that went well with the food, and I was very satisfied with the staff's recommendations. Overall, the quality of the food, the atmosphere, the service were all perfect, and it felt like an experience rather than just a simple dinner.
