Seeing a small crowd and seemingly good business, I decided to park and buy some to try at home. Currently in its grand opening phase, the shop offers online ordering via LINE, which includes a free small dish worth 50 TWD and a 5% discount. We ordered half a portion of sliced duck and stir-fried duck frame for 380 TWD, a side dish of dried tofu, and a 20 TWD scallion sauce set. After the 5% discount, the total was 381 TWD, making the price for half a duck quite reasonable. You can choose specific parts for the stir-fried duck frame, and we opted to keep the duck tailbone. The packaging is very thoughtful; the stir-fried duck frame comes in a heat-resistant bag, while other items are packed in boxes. Unlike disposable aluminum foil trays wrapped in plastic bags, this packaging feels cleaner and more hygienic. Sliced duck: The duck meat is tender, but the skin is not crispy. The sweet bean sauce is quite salty! The 20 TWD scallion sauce set includes two packets of sweet bean sauce. The duck pancakes are somewhat coarse and lack elasticity. Overall, the taste is average but not unpleasant. Stir-fried duck frame: The flavor is mild and can be eaten on its own, mostly consisting of meat near the bones. For the price, while the taste is not particularly impressive, the convenience of online ordering and scheduling pickup times is a plus.
