However, the main body of the church is different from the traditional Latin cross (short horizontal and long vertical), but adopts a regular cross shape with four sides of basically equal length, 91 meters from east to west and 81 meters from north to south. This makes the church appear square, neat and magnificent from any angle. As a necessary bell tower for every church, the four bell towers are evenly inlaid at the four right angles of the cross, integrating with the main building of the church.
