I just checked out and I have to say this hotel is so cozy and elegant!

The room is well-equipped with a loft bed, which looks very nice when the curtain is drawn. The ladder is placed against the wall and the room can accommodate three or even four people, making it a great value for money. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, various pots and pans, and cutlery. There is also a fire extinguisher and a message board on the wall, showing the hotel's attention to detail and care for its guests. ### Free Breakfast What impressed me the most was the free breakfast. I didn't expect such a low-priced hotel to offer such a sumptuous breakfast, but the reality was quite the opposite. When we had breakfast in their restaurant, there were only two sets of cutlery on the long table, and candles were lit in the middle, full of Italian romance. It turned out that the hotel only had two rooms, and this business philosophy of focusing on quality rather than quantity made us feel very comfortable. ### Thoughtful Service As we had to catch an early train the next day, we asked the owner if we could have breakfast early or prepare a takeaway breakfast. The owner readily agreed and put the breakfast in our room. When we left in the morning, we found a Mickey Mouse paper bag on the table, containing homemade cakes and honey, and we were really touched by such thoughtful service. ### Experience and Reflection This experience at Bentivoglio Family Hotel made me deeply aware of the huge gap in lifestyle between developed and developing countries. Even low-priced hotels can offer high-quality service and facilities. In contrast, some Chinese-run hotels often neglect the customer experience in pursuit of maximum profit. ### Summary Bentivoglio Family Hotel added a lot of highlights to our trip with its excellent service and high cost performance. If you are planning a trip to Italy, especially to the town of Tivoli, I highly recommend this hotel. Whether it's the cozy decor, the complete facilities, or the thoughtful service, you'll feel right at home.
