Brodworth Hall and Gardens dream!

A day out at English Heritage’s Brodsworth Hall and Gardens felt like stepping straight into a Victorian fairytale! We wandered through the beautifully preserved rooms of the grand hall, imagining what life was like in the 1860s—with elegant furnishings, ornate ceilings, and the faint echo of piano music from a bygone era. Outside, the gardens were an absolute delight: winding paths led us through rose-scented terraces, secret grottoes, and even a fern-filled dell that felt like a hidden jungle. The kids ran wild on the lawns, we savored scones at the tearoom, and the sun (miraculously) shone all day.
