Went to Tham Nakha There is a place to stay very close to Tham Nakha. You can walk from the place to register to go up the cave. The name is Nakha Homestay (if I remember correctly). Reserving to go up Tham Nakha, no matter what time you book, does not necessarily mean going up at the time you book. Most people go in the morning. On holidays, the queue to register is very long. People will stop around 9 am. If possible, I recommend going on a weekday. It is easy to walk, there are fewer people, and you don't have to wait long (according to the guide). Every group of tourists must have a guide (1 guide/not more than 5 tourists, guide fee 500+). Prepare water, food, gloves, and sun protection equipment. You can buy them near the registration point. If you have a cooler with ice and your favorite soft drink, drinking it during the break will make you feel refreshed. The officer does not check what you bring up, but tourists must bring all their own trash down. The time it takes to go up and down depends on the strength of the tourist and the queue to enter the cave. If you go to every point, the fastest is about 4 hours. If you are not strong, take frequent breaks, and have to wait in line to enter the cave for a long time, it may take up to 7 hours. You should use the bathroom before going up the cave. There are few bathrooms up there and they are not clean. If you go on a holiday and are not one of the first groups, it is recommended to go after 9 am so that you do not have to wait in a long line to enter the cave.
