Pricey brunch but very good taste

This was not only one of the best brunches I’ve had in town - it was also one of the most inventive. I’ve got to be honest, I’m tired of being offered smashed avo and eggs Benedict the traditional way. In my breakfast you’ll find homemade cheddar biscuits as a base (like a crunchier cheese scone), a corn and coriander smash and a delicious chipotle hollandaise. They didn’t charge me extra to swap bacon for halloumi (which is a win). Price wise, you’ll be expecting to spend around $30 for a warm drink and plate - it would be refreshing to see byron bay brunch spots bring their prices down a tad.
