I finally stepped into the legendary Venezuela, a country completely different from what I imagined. It was once the richest country in Latin America, rich in oil resources and famous for its beautiful women. After a decade-long economic collapse, the economy is finally starting to pick up, giving us the opportunity to see the real Venezuela with our own eyes. ✨One day trip to Caracas 📍 Universidad Central de Venezuela Universidad Central de Venezuela As a world cultural heritage, this is a must-visit place! Unexpectedly, we ran into an economics professor who had been to China on campus, and he enthusiastically took us on a tour. The entire university town is like an open-air museum. It was built in the 1950s and does not look outdated even now. The campus has sculptures by artists from all over the world, magnificent teaching buildings, as well as botanical gardens, gymnasiums, auditoriums, libraries, concert halls and other areas, which together form this art and cultural complex. It was designed by Venezuelan architect Carlos Raul Villanueva and was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2000. 📍 Parque Los Caobos Park A very leisurely square, as well as the Museum of Natural Sciences and the Museum of Fine Arts. 📍 Paseo Los Próceres The unmissable square in Caracas, with its huge pools and statues, is a spectacular sight. 👀 📍 El Laguito An excellent place for locals to relax, beautiful parks, and lakes with various small animals. Venezuelans are really super welcoming, and there were people who took the initiative to say hello along the way. This trip was really wonderful.
