Cebu night view x stylish bar✨

I went to the rooftop bar "STRAIGHT UP" located on the top floor of "SEDA CENTRAL BLOCK CEBU" in IT Park 🌃✨ I was enchanted by the stylish space lit up in blue. From the outdoor seats, you can see the night view of Cebu city, and it has a great atmosphere! It's a bar inside the hotel, but you can use it even if you're not a guest!
