Most beautiful lake in the world Lake Atitlan

The most beautiful lake in the world according to Nat Geo is located in Guatemala, at the department of Solola, and it’s name is Lake Atitlan, or Lago de Atitlan. Rich in biodiversity, colorful landscapes, a gorgeous and fascinating culture, cheap hotel stays, cheap and marvelous gastronomy (to be fair one of my favorites), blue see through magical water surrounded by volcanos and 12 towns, multiple adventurous activities to do, like kayaking, paddle boarding, climbing, canopy, makes this not only the most beautiful but the most fun lake in the world. #historicallandmarks #mytravelhacks #localguides #familytrip
