The two-night Reset Retreat is ideal for a weekend getaway, revitalizing the body in the tranquil setting of Avani+ Hua Hin Resort. For those seeking a more gradual approach, the four-night Recharge Retreat offers a deeper, more comprehensive experience, including the opportunity to develop a personalized wellness plan with experts for long-term health goals. Both packages emphasize a balance of relaxation and exercise, ensuring guests enjoy restful sleep and invigorating workouts. Daily breakfasts incorporate gut-friendly ingredients, while healthy lunches and dinners are tailored based on individual body composition analysis. Guided by experts, guests follow a structured schedule of activities, with ample time for leisurely swims. The optimized schedule maximizes workout efficiency, starting with Energy Flow Yoga, followed by muscle-burning training, and concluding with a refreshing Pilates Reformer class. CNY 6,173) for two people, including accommodation in an Avani Deluxe Room, meals, wellness consultations, and activities. The four-night Recharge Retreat starts from THB 35,980 (approx. CNY 7,744) per person or THB 66,160 (approx. CNY 14,240) for two. Both packages can be upgraded to an Avani Pool Villa for a luxurious experience.
