Park Hyatt Changsha: Your Home in the Clouds

Visit Changsha for Heytea! I had the chance to experience the newly opened Park Hyatt Changsha. After seeing it online, I knew I had to visit. After experiencing it myself, I can honestly say that the quality you get for the price is unbeatable. Rooms 🛏️ The Deluxe River View King Room has a great view of Orange Isle. The room is spacious, and the hardware is excellent. I checked in late, so the turndown service was already done. The bottled water is glass-bottled Tibetan water, and there's a Dyson hairdryer. The toiletries are the familiar Le Labo 22. There's an outlet next to the sofa. The housekeeping team pays great attention to detail. There's even a sofa in the entryway for guests to change shoes. The hotel's attention to detail creates a sophisticated and comfortable atmosphere. Public Areas ⛲️ Unlike some luxury hotels, the public areas at Park Hyatt Changsha aren't ostentatious. They exude understated luxury, which perfectly embodies the Park Hyatt brand. Many of the designs in the public areas incorporate local Hunan elements. Many people are curious about the two red spheres in the lobby. I asked about them, and they're a combination of Yiyang's traditional bamboo weaving culture and modern aesthetics. Be sure to check out the pool and changing rooms, which have a sauna and heated lounge chairs. You can also soak in a hot bath. The changing rooms are fully equipped with Dyson products and Le Labo toiletries. They even have hairspray and hair gel, which was perfect because I didn't bring any! There's also a lounge with fruit and drinks. Restaurants 🥘 Le Lan Restaurant and Bar, located on the hotel's L level, specializes in exquisite Hunan cuisine. I tried the dinner set menu for two, and it was more than enough food for two people. You can taste the quality of the ingredients in the appetizers and soups. The cured pork and stir-fried pork are perfect for eating with rice! The dessert was the most memorable part of the meal. The chili sorbet is a must-try! The texture and aftertaste are amazing! It's worth visiting even if you're not staying at the hotel! You can enjoy views of Changsha's night scene and the river while dining at the restaurant. Breakfast is semi-buffet style. There aren't many options, but everything is exquisite. The bread was surprisingly good. How can the hotel's breakfast bread be so delicious?! I also tried the rice noodles and waffles that everyone raves about. It's no wonder everyone recommends them! Staff 💁 Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. The staff will deliver takeout to your room. I'm grateful to the staff for taking us on a tour and introducing us to the Park Hyatt Changsha, which allowed us to better appreciate the hotel. I also had the opportunity to experience the presidential suite. I was struck by how passionate the staff at Park Hyatt Changsha are about their hotel. They treat guests more like friends than customers. Location 🚕 Excellent. The hotel is located above IFS. You can take the elevator from the first floor of the mall to enter the hotel. The reception lobby for those arriving by car is located on the fourth floor, and check-in is on the L level. Whether you're planning a staycation or visiting Changsha, Park Hyatt Changsha is a great choice. I haven't stayed at many Park Hyatt hotels for personal travel, but Park Hyatt Changsha has made me put Park Hyatt at the top of my list of hotels to consider in the future. I'm looking forward to experiencing other Park Hyatt hotels.
