Family trip to Taihu Lake, a dreamy castle awaits!

We took our son on a spontaneous family trip to Taihu Longemont Paradise in Changxing, on the shores of Taihu Lake. The scenery is beautiful, and there are plenty of places for kids to play. Our stay at the Taihu Longemont Diamond Hotel made the trip even better! 🌟 🌳 A dreamy castle by the lake 🏰 From a distance, this building, designed with the concept of "the granary of the world," looks like a fairytale castle by the lake. As we entered the hotel, we were greeted by the 11-meter-high, 2,000-square-meter lobby, which even has some rare golden tigers! The kids were so excited to see these animals, which they usually only see on TV, and pointed at them through the glass walls. Even I found it fascinating. 🍽️ A global culinary journey 🍴 The restaurant on the 27th floor is a family favorite. At breakfast, we enjoyed delicious food while gazing out at the shimmering Taihu Lake and the lush mountains through the large floor-to-ceiling windows. There was a wide variety of food, so both adults and children could find something they liked. The Yuemengtan Buffet Restaurant has 960 seats, so we didn't have to worry about finding a seat even during peak hours! 🌙 Romantic moments after dark ✨ When the sun sets, the hotel is bathed in warm, soft light, creating a cozy and mysterious atmosphere. It's the perfect time to take a walk around the hotel with your kids or head to the rooftop bar for a signature drink while admiring the tranquil beauty of the lake under the starry sky. If you're lucky, you might even catch a spectacular performance of "Drunken Beauty of Taihu Lake"! 🏊‍♂️ A great place to relax 💦 For those who love hot springs, this is a great choice. The Diamond Hot Spring area is next to a natural cliff, facing a clear blue mineral lake, in a beautiful and quiet environment. Soaking in the hot spring water is a great way to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. The hot spring water is also said to be great for your skin! Overall, the Taihu Longemont Diamond Hotel left a deep impression on us with its location, architecture, and service.
