It was built during the Three Yan period and the Long Palace, and was rebuilt and repaired during the Northern Wei, Sui, Tang, and Liao dynasties. It incorporates architectural elements from five dynasties, forming a unique "tower on tower" and "tower in tower" structure. It is the only "five-in-one" Buddhist pagoda in the world, known as the "First Pagoda in Northeast China." Don't miss the North Pagoda Museum! The underground palace of the North Pagoda was looted, so few artifacts were unearthed, but the heavenly palace is well-preserved, and many national treasures were discovered and are on display in this museum.
