Across the street is the Chengdu Tianfu International Financial Center, while IN99 Mall is just a 5-minute walk south. Chengdu SKP is less than a 10-minute drive away, and the "Twin Towers" are just across the street. The striking contrast is why I love it—it feels like I’m a time traveler shuttling between a cyberpunk city and ancient charm. When you first step into this hotel, you’ll undoubtedly be drawn to the adorable panda sculptures. Right in the center of the lobby is a panda with a face-changing mask, a nod to Chengdu’s local culture. "Attention to detail" perfectly describes this hotel. All the staff are warm and welcoming, from pre-check-in communication to the check-in process itself, and even the gesture of carrying luggage to the room—every detail earns this hotel a perfect first impression 💯. The suite’s welcome amenities included a photo of the guest and some fruits and snacks—a rare and thoughtful touch in the hospitality industry. Our executive suite was spacious, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows with an expansive view. The 240㎡ refined space included a separate living room, dining area, study, and bedroom. After dropping off our luggage, we indulged in a delightful afternoon tea and snapped some great photos. The 28th-floor executive lounge is impressively spacious! Among all the hotels I’ve stayed in, this is the first to thoughtfully provide computers and a printer for guests. There are many private areas that can serve as small meeting rooms. Since we had afternoon tea in our room, we skipped the lounge’s offering, but the happy hour spread was diverse and tasty enough for a light meal. (PS: The lounge gets crowded on weekends, so arrive early for happy hour.) During the evening cocktail hour, standing by the window on the 28th floor, I gazed at the Twin Towers’ light show—the city’s glittering nightscape and bustling streets evoked the glamorous vibe of an A-city female protagonist. The fifth-floor Shu Jin Xi all-day dining restaurant offers a rich breakfast spread, including many Sichuan specialties like crispy pancakes, Zhong dumplings, and handmade fried dough sticks. The noodle station’s zhajiang noodles and beef noodles are exceptionally delicious ✅. Eight o’clock sunshine, a 28°C morning. Everything was just perfect!!
